Mr Wen Gang, born in July 1966, Master of Engineering in Project Management, a senior engineer, a senior economist, and an expert with special allowances from the State Council. He is currently Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director and General Manager of China National Chemical Engineering Co, LTD(CNCEC).

He has served as Deputy General Manager of the Personnel Department and General Manager of the President Affairs, Director of the Board Office of China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC), Deputy General Manager of CCCC First Highway Engineering Group Co., LTD., Vice Chairman, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), Executive General Manager of the Overseas Division of CCCC, Assistant to the President of CCCC, Chairman (Legal Officer) and Secretary of the Party Committee of CRBC.

In December 2016, a member of CPC Standing Committee and Vice President of CCCC.

In November 2018, a member of CPC Standing Committee of CCCC, and Vice President of CCCC.

In October 2019, a member of CPC Standing Committee and Vice President of CCCC.
