Amy Smedley 

Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Services and Government Affairs, Huntsman Corporation

Amy joined the Huntsman legal team in 2006 working in the Salt Lake City, Utah office and in 2014 relocated to the Woodlands, Texas. Amy is responsible for supervision and oversight of the government affairs, litigation, environmental and employment legal functions. Previously, Amy clerked for the Honorable William T. Thurman, United States Bankruptcy Judge, and practiced at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. in Salt Lake City.

Amy received her BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University, and her JD from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.
