Mr. Miao Hangen, born in year 1965, is the Chairman of Shenghong Holding Group Co. Ltd. and the Secretary of the Party Committee, also the Chairman of the Jiangsu Eastern Shenghong Co., Ltd., which is a listed company in China. He was awarded with many prizes include “Ten Outstanding People in Jiangsu Province”, “Labor Model in Jiangsu Province”, “Excellent Entrepreneur in China”, “The innovative person of China's Textile Industry of the year” and “Yuan baohua Gold Award of Enterprise Management”, etc.

In 1992, Mr. Miao Hangen took over Shenghong sand washing plant which is the former company of the Shenghong Group. As an outstanding entrepreneur in the petrochemical industry and the textile industry in China, by focusing on innovation and integrating resources, Miao has leaded Shenghong became an innovative high-tech group company which mainly engages in petrochemical, textile and energy industries.
